Hello there! Many of you have already received your pins, and I am so happy to read how much people enjoy them already! I've listed up all the extras on my store HERE, and if you would be so kind as to leave a review, you can do that on the product page down at the bottom where it says Customer Reviews > Write A Review.

For those who still haven't filled out their surveys, please do this ASAP. Your deadline is May 1st to fill your survey and pay for add-ons and shipping. If your survey is not filled and your card is not charged properly by the end of May 1st, your pledge is considered a kind donation!

This is likely the last update I will make until a couple days before May 1st. Thank you once again for all the incredible support for this campaign! I can't wait to show you what's coming next, it's going to be so cute!

Last Saturday, I packaged up 148 orders for all those who have filled their surveys and been charged successfully for add-ons/shipping! Today, you should have received an email with tracking information. Be sure to check Spam in case it went there.

There are only 9 surveys left to fill out, let's get those done! The deadline is May 1, 2023. If you haven't filled your survey by then, you forfeit your pledge and I will consider it a kind donation to the campaign!

If you filled your survey and didn't get an email about your order shipping out, please double-check if you're one of the 2 people who still have failed card charges for your survey.

Hi all! The pins have arrived, so I am charging cards for shipping. Be sure to check for any emails that might indicate there was a problem charging your card!

I'll be going through the pins over the weekend to separate A Grade from B Grade pins (ones with minor defects), to make sure everybody receives and A Grade pin!

Quick update: all surveys that have been completed are locked (thank you for your timeliness!). There are still 17 people who need to fill there surveys, please get on those ASAP so that I can send you your awesome rewards!

The pins are already on their way and should be here by March 22nd, but that could have delays depending on the carrier. Here is a peek at the images sent by the manufacturer, and I must say these look fabulous ☀️ 🌙

Once I have received the pins and checked them over, I'll charge shipping to the cards for locked surveys and start packaging. It should be a swift process.

If you want to receive your pledge, you NEED to fill out your survey by the end of May 2023, else your pledge is forfeit and will not be refunded. Please do not wait that long! If you cannot find your survey email, check the Project FAQ for how to retrieve it.

I wanted to send a quick thank you to the 81% of the backer surveys that are already in; you guys are rocking it and I sincerely appreciate your swift survey responses! There are only 30 surveys that need filling out, and you have 5 more days to do it before I lock orders.

In related news, the Cosmic Balance backing cards and shipping materials are already in hand, pins are already in production, and the wooden display are being made as they are ordered. Can't wait to show you everything!

There are a few missed emails that were dropped or bounced, so you'll need to let me know a different email address to send your survey link to.

Hi everybody! A test round for surveys should be going out by the end of today for about 10 people, to make sure the surveys work right. These will arrive as an email with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It is very important to respond to your survey as quickly as possible since I need this information to fulfill your rewards. Plus, those who are receiving the test round of surveys will help with making sure the surveys are good to go for everybody else!

All surveys should be sent by the end of day tomorrow, March 1st. Please allow up to 24 hours for your survey to appear, and check your spam/junk folders too. If you have not received your survey link by the end of March 3rd, please see the Project FAQ for information on how to retrieve your survey.

SURVEYS WILL CLOSE MARCH 11, 2023

When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. If you're one of the remaining pledges that hasn't been charged for your pledge successfully, you'll see that you will pay the whole amount of your pledge, plus shipping and add-ons, when surveys close. Everybody else will only be charged for shipping and any add-ons you purchased when surveys close.

After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before I close the surveys, get my final counts, and charge payment. Surveys will close March 11, 2023, so you will have almost 2 whole weeks to fill your survey. But the sooner done, the better for everyone!

Pledges are expected to be filled by middle of May 2023!

If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email. Keep that email for all future references! The Project FAQ has information on how to retrieve your email should you lose it or never received it.

Please let me know if you have any questions that cannot be answered by the Project FAQ. In the FAQ tab is some info from BackerKit and info from myself.

Hello there!

I was informed yesterday I will need to slightly delay getting surveys out to you. BackerKit is working on some improvements to the survey system, so we have ALL been asked to hold off by a week to accommodate these changes. All surveys in Pintopia are estimated to go out the week of Feb. 27, which could also mean we have uniform close dates on the survey. I'll let you know if I learn anything else!

In the meantime, I've already ordered and received the backing cards, baggies, and compostable mailers (I love these) for shipping out your orders! And I've made all the pin displays that have been pledged for, and will make more as needed based on survey responses.

I thought it would be fun to ask: what was the first pin you received or collected?

I have about 20 pins from my 14 years of soccer. They are all different kinds, and I guarantee you this is what lead me to becoming a pin collector. I think the oldest one I have is from 2003?

Soccer. The gateway drug of pin collecting.

Seems straightforward enough for a poll... But I'd like to know your reason for your vote!

Personally, I am the Bendu, the one in between, the balance in all things of the Force. Oh wait... Wrong reference. I try my best to understand all sides before making decisions. I like to plan but I also like spontaneity. Sometimes my anger is very real, and other times I am quite level-headed.

Hey all! Wow this campaign has gone so much better than I had hoped, you all are so awesome! Here's a look at the pin displays some of you will be receiving if you pledged for 2 Pins + Display. You can read more info about them in the pledge description page. One side of each display is red duro cherry and the other side is duro maple. Makes for a fun pattern 😁

This has been something I have wanted to do for SO LONG and you all made it possible in just 6 hours! I cannot express my gratitude enough just how much it means to me that finally I can turn one of my designs into a real pin. Pins are something I have enjoyed collecting for many years. This is, in a way, a dream come true!

Pintopia still has 20 whole days to go, and there are some BEAUTIFUL campaigns to check out. One of the FREE pins you can receive by backing 7+ campaigns is an ADORABLE Jupiter Purring (Ju-purr-ter?) pin designed by myself and the brilliant Carrie Alyson. You absolutely must check out her campaign, Frantic Familiars. I've gone all in on getting each pin she offers!
