Project Update: Surprise Surprise - Seems Like We Are Not Highest Priority
we're really sorry for the delay with some packages. We initially thought it was just a simple mistake with the tracking numbers not being updated. However, we investigated further and found out that our fulfillment partner had rescheduled some of our orders due to a big and time-sensitive project they were working on. It's frustrating for us too, especially since we had confidently said that all the parcels were already on their way (our partner even boasts about handling up to 10,000 parcels a day, so we assumed the 400 would go out at once).
We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and we can now happily announce that their job finally seems to be finished, because the rest of the spheres are now on their way to their happy new owners.
Speaking of happy owners: We would be VERY happy about some positive feedback or pictures at [email protected]!!!
