We are halfway through the campaign and have unlocked some really exciting things. I also have some great news for EU-Backers regarding my collab project "Zodiac Goddesses" - you can finally pledge to it!!

You have to help me though, because I have a hard time deciding how to colour Sagittarius. I want it to be distinct from Monoceros, so no blues. Please vote for your favourite design in the poll at the end of the post!
Collab Update for EU Pledges!
My collab partner "Zodiac Goddesses" by Arcane Moon has figured out a way to offer limited shipping to the EU and UK, that means EU-customers can now finally back both projects! This news comes with a caveat though. While you will definitely receive my collab pin, you will only receive the collab sticker from the Zodiac Goddesses project. We are trying to find a way to work with our manufacturers to figure something out, but we can’t guarantee anything.
The Celestial Companions Stamp washi tape is one of my all time favourite products. Thanks to you I can now not only restock it, but give it a visual update at the same time! The new tape will feature 10 illustrations of the celestial companions, updated to match the new look.
Have you ever made a Zine? I think it such a cool idea! Basically you divide a sheet of paper into 16 boxes you can illustrate and then with just three strategic cuts and some smart paperfolding BOOM - a tiny little magazine (hence the name). It looks so fun, and I am really enjoying planning out the zine and deciding which fun facts will go into it. I’ll be posting the progress here, but you can already add the zine to your pledge.
And even better: If you add the zine to your pledge,you also receive a digital download of the zine as a colouring page! This is exclusive to backers of the project. Colour in the celestial companions in your favourite colours and learn how to fold a zine. Maybe it’ll inspired you to create your own zine!
New Stretchgoals?
Only one last planned stretch goal remains: the colouring book! I made one for my last campaign as well and you can check it out here: LINK. Wouldn’t it be fun to have a second one in the series? I certainly would LOVE to illustrate all the colouring pages!
I don’t want to be too optimistic, but if we do unlock the colouring book, we could even think about other stretchgoals. Is there anything you’d like to see? Tell me!
Here are some things I am considering:
Pin alternates: the fish design for pisces or a raven/owl design for Aquila maybe?
More Pins: we are still missing a few not-animal-based zodiacs, like gemini and virgo.
Prints and Postcards: Maybe you’d like to decorate the wall around your pin banner, would you want postcards, prints or posters? If so what size?
Keychains: In the original collection I turned leo, vulepcula and ursa minor into acrylic keychains. Would you like to see that again as an add-on?

Just wanted to let you all know that all packages have now been shipped for people who have completed surveys and who's payments have cleared. I've also refunded those of you that accidentally got charged too much postage, so now it's all up to the postal system!

I'll be back next year with more projects and hopefully a couple of exciting group collabs! But before I plan anything for definite I'd love to ask you what sort of things you'd like to see from me in 2026? I've created a poll but feel free to comment with your ideas...
In the next 2 weeks, the surveys will be sent out to your emails! The surveys will collect your shipping address, let you add new items to your order, change your pledge level, and select your items of choice. Shipping for your order will also be calculated, however it will not be charged until we are 1 month from fulfilling orders! Stay tuned to updates + refer to the shipping timeline chart in the campaign story to know when that will be.
What if the item I want does not have a sample yet?
No worries! The surveys will stay opened until all samples have been completed and shared in new updates. That way, you can make an informed decision on what items you’d like to get in your order! All items unlocked during the campaign are currently getting samples produced and will continue for the next month or so (depending on how many revisions are needed.)
When does the bulk production start?
Bulk production will start once surveys lock so we can know how many of each item to order! Please follow along with updates and don’t forget to take the survey, as a late submission may result in us having to refund your order if we did not produce enough of an item.
What if I move before shipping/fulfillment begins?
No worries! You can always email us [email protected] after surveys lock and we will make sure that is corrected for you. Please take the surveys as soon as you can, you can put your current address if you need but this is how we will know how much stock to order so it’s best to take it early!
When does shipping begin/when will I get my order?
We are estimating shipping to begin in March 2026 and continue through April 2026! Please keep in mind this is subject to change, as we are currently a team of only 2 people and this is the most backers we’ve ever had. If there are delays in an item’s production, we will also make an update to let you know the status + new estimates of shipping times.
I know a lot of you are completely new to Backerkit, so hopefully this can cover some of the frequently asked questions to new backers. Thank you so much to everyone who supported, this has been our biggest collection yet and some of the coolest stuff we’ve had the chance to produce so far!! 🪲🎉
Centipede sling bag has won the poll, and will now be available to get as a pledge tier or add-on!!
This plush will be quite large, comparable to our giant millipede plushie. The straps are planned to be removable just like the beetle bags. The sample will now be put into production, I hope we are able to share some pictures with you soon!! (Est. 2-3 weeks or more)

We've got two people who are having issues currently,if you've recently had something come through your bank requesting a fair amount of money(it will be under $100)and the reference is either for backerkit or Ko-fi please make sure you authorise it after you've checked it's 100% legit.
My top two largest orders have had payment requests sent back but nothing has come back or your bank has declined the charge for you,if it's not resolved after the next few charges and before the 31st or at the latest August 3rd,we won't be able to send out your orders.
Feel free to pop me a msg via my Instagram if you're having issues or want to let me know about any issues you're having that I might be able to resolve!(Any bank related issues won't be able to be resolved by me unless it's attempting to charge your cards if you're authorised something)
Alright everyone, so with all the news of raised tarrifs and new polices its with a heavy heart that I feel I must postpone this backerkit until I feel more confident making merch. Its a constant game of cat and mouse that seems to change at the drop of a hat.
I hate to do this so close to our goal and all of you are genuinely so sweet but at this point I cannot in good conscience continue when there's a such a risk the packages will get stuc in a foreign country and not shipped out to you all.

In an effort to be transparent and clear up any remaining confusion, my decision to ultimately cancel and refund this project was not solely over a dispute of artistic rights. MidnightSprings insisted that I send the project funds to her personal accounts instead of her business paypal.
I still stand by my decision to cancel this project - not only for my rights as an artist, but also for the safety and protection of backers who chose to support this project.
With final regards to the dispute of my septum ring design, MidnightSpring stated with no ambiguity or room for discussion that she would be retaining the rights of my design. This design currently has a sample mold that I personally paid for out of pocket, and I still do not give her permission or the rights to use the mold or make reproductions of the design. Regardless on whether or not it would be repeat variants.
Again, while it is disappointing to cancel the project after a successful campaign, this decision is in the best interest of my business and the backers who pledged money for this project to be properly managed and fulfilled.
Refunds have been started and are processing. They will be posting within 5 - 7 busines days. I will double check tomorrow to make sure that things are working correctly on my end.
Hi all! Stickers have arrived which means I can start fulfilling some orders! We’re already a little bit ahead of schedule which is awesome.

Lastly, I have something serious to talk about.
I feel it is important to share this with you. I recently developed a neurological disorder that affects my muscles and I am now disabled.
It’s been an incredibly rough couple of months for me. I missed out on my last two months of my senior year of high school. Plus it’s become really difficult for me to draw which is really heartbreaking for me as an artist.
Just know moving forward that shipping may take longer than expected because most days I need assistance with nearly everything. Please be patient with me. Thank you.
