Once I discovered how it much Breadberry grew when being fed rye, I knew I couldn't go back. That said, I've tried mixing in spelt, regular whole wheat, and baker's flour. But I've always come back to rye. I'm also about 1:1 (i.e., 100% hydration) of flour to water, but have definitely varied that a lot. I notice that the stiffer my starter is, the more jagged it's graph is on my Breadwinner dashboard.
But that's just me, and everyone's starter is different. So what do you feed yours and why?

Just a thought. So much here to look at, particularly when transformed and illuminated. Why not have AC mode, car detects power source and does its thing, when AC power not detected, car transforms back under battery power. "Alexa, turn Kitt on" "Alexa, turn Kit off" I'm a wall display kind of guy.
You should do a Michael Knight Action Figure. Do it really well and just charge extra for it. Kitt needs it and you know we'll buy it. Don't pass up the money!

Hi just dropping in to ask if there is anymore info regarding the shipping payment requests that were mentioned some time ago. I have not had any E-mails requesting payment and as far as I am aware no one else has either. Also I'd like to ask about some of the features that may be included in this model. will it include lights under the door handles that turn green or red to open the door? Also is there any chance the small canister of oxygen that K.I.T.T. uses to wake Michael up would be included? Will there be any of inclusion of dash board features such as surveillance mode and the micro jammer? Will the pedals light up? Thanks once again for making such an awesome looking model! Can't wait to get my hands on it! Also (yes I''m turbo boosting ahead! lol) if you want to make a K.A.R.R. my bank account wouldn't say NO! XD

For me I tried the extra riser and it didn’t work for me so took it out and didn’t sleep well so I took out one more riser and well I been sleeping well so far. I just wiki could have a extra pillow case so I could put one on while I wash the other.
