Hello, sent an email looking for updates on the design-a-ween pins and haven't heard back. Were there issues with those?

Hi, I am wondering what the status is on this project? Many of the other Pintopia creators have either already sent out the pins or are, at very least, transparent with the manufacturing and order process. But there's been nothing here in 4 months. What's going on?

Hello! I went to go and change my address for my order. I'm moving out of my current apartment in the beginning of November. Would I be able to change it to my next apartment?

I just received my Ultra Pin Pack pledge but it’s missing the “Premium Collectors Pouch” which is in the pledge description (and in the confirmation email I received for the survey confirmation). Is this coming separately? The text reads: Includes 2 enamel pins of your choice from the unlocked designs, premium collectors pouch and ultra verification card.

There have been no meaningful updates for months now. What is the status of pin production? Has the order for pins been placed? These pins were supposed to ship in July and it's now September. The lack of communication is totally unacceptable.

Hy! Soooo, I completely forgot about Pintopia and all the Projects I'd Backed lol and only just popped-in to check on things after *months* away... My bad! Anyway, I'm a UK Backer who picked the UK Backer Tier. How do I go about sorting this, please? Thanks so much.

Hi there. I just got my pins and they are AMAZING. SO CUTE. However, I'm missing 3 mini pins. I got all the sets I ordered, the three "extra minis" (cherry blossom, bunny, and star) But I didn't get the extra mini pins of both kittens (white and black) or the extra book. Is there a way I could get those please? I really do love the pins. Thank you for such a lovely campaign. Anita

I sent an email along with filling out the strange survey, but I haven't received any notice that they have seen it or anything. Granted, I requested a refund or more than one collaboration pin (as I love foxes), so maybe they weren't expecting to respond to people and expected them to just chose what they wanted in the survey and email... but if they put so much emphasis on the email, surely they were going to respond as promised on the survey?? So just wondering if anyone else has tried to contact and heard anything back from them? They just sent out an update earlier for their new campaign, but surely they should focus on fulfilling this one and handle customer complaints first, yeah?

I backed the "all five pins" level but received five copies of one pin instead of one of each. help please!
