Social media is silent so I can only assume people are getting updates via Discord but the Discord link I could find on BackerKit says the invite is invalid so I have no idea how we're supposed to contact you if you don't reply to messages on BackerKit. People deserve answers about what's happening right now. Clearly a select group of people have access to this information so why you withholding this from everyone else? I'm about to contact BK directly about this and report this campaign. There is no excuse to leave your buyers in the dark right now. You owe your buyers answers about what is happening. A little communication goes a long way. If you can communicate via Discord, you can communicate on the actual campaign page.
