Will the DM screen be an add-on?

I missed out on Ajax edition so I bought the collectors edition. Will you release more Ajax (or something else similar) and if so can we upgrade to it?

One thing I'm hoping for in MCDM support is really high quality adventures and things that are ready out-of-the-box to run. In contrast to say... a major publisher who consistently publishes half-finished "adventures." With things like cheat sheets to running complex adventures or political interactions.

Having a completely in-house VTT is cool, but a lot of groups won't want to learn yet *another* software/website to work with, and while I'm sure you can put together a great one in time, it will take a while and will probably start out very barebones. Are there any plans to add support for current external VTTs, especially with the level of customization that exists with some of them?

Not that I think MCDM are doing anything nefarious at all, but it might be a good idea to add artist's credits to all the art pieces on the page!:)

When shipping the product - can you please clearly label the contents as "Books"? Then I won't have any hassle when the package arrives through customs. (In Norway there is no VAT on books, and so there won't be any extra VAT or customs fees, if the package is clearly labeled as such.)

Is there a plan to make conversions of existing MCDM content for the new MCDM system? I'd love the opportunity to add Strongholds & Followers and Kingdoms & Warfare to the eventual campaign I inevitably run with this system.
