I know several of us have received our physical rewards but not the signed script. I contacted AAT and they told me that the scripts are being sent out separately and they do not have a timeline yet for when they will go out.

I live in the Philippines, so I'm not surprised that it took a while, but what did surprise me was the name and contents on the package were correct, but the content was someone else's. Anyone else have this issue? Thank you!

Hi, I made sure to back in the first 48 hours, because I really wanted to get the pin, but I just got my rewards, and for some reason, the pin didn't come. I upgraded my pledge after the first 48 hours, does that mean I don't get the pin?

I know we unlocked the stretch goal of Jangle Ball concert filming, was just wondering if there would be an album/soundtrack released as well, like there was for several past tours. In particular, I would LOVE to have a recording of Janaya's performance of Stutter.

I received the pins, creative set, shirts, pants, badge, yearbook - and all of that was great! But I was missing the script. Is the signed script being shipped separately? And have the albums been digitally sent out yet?

Hiii, for everyone who does not live in the United States, I received my rewards today!!!, for context I live in Mexico City so I was a little afraid that they would arrived a little late. Without a doubt this made not only my day but what is left of the year, I can't wait for the digital rewards and the holly dates of September 15 and October 13!!

My pin add on set was stolen and destroyed the only thing that ended up coming in the mail was the packaging. I already went to the post office and they sent it back to sender. Though I do have photos of the destroyed packaging. Does anyone know where I can get in contact with someone about this?
