Survey Progress

I got a few things straightened out with Backerkit, and went through the ridiculously tedious process of getting things set up. 

So I submitted for setup review, which may take a few days. Once that happens, I'll fire off the smoke test.

Once that's ready to go, I'll send out a new update about what's available and where, the "cute" cover options, and more.
