At the time of writing this update, we still haven't quite hit the most recent achievement... but we're under 100 people away! That's great news! I'm feeling confident about getting to reveal another Spirit tomorrow.

However, we do have some big news for you. We've read the comments, fielded the e-mails, and we hear and understand your requests for additional Add-Ons... and we think we have a solution. But we also want you to know our thought process here.

When setting up this campaign, we were incredibly anxious about introducing complications into the fulfillment process. We’ve been fulfilling crowdfunding campaigns ourselves for over a decade at this point, and we’ve made our fair share of mistakes. One of the classic blunders (and one that we’ve definitely made in the past) is introducing too much logistical complexity — too many SKUs, too many different “builds” for orders, etc. Given that international supply chains have been especially weird the past few years, and given that we’re handling European, Australian, and New Zealand shipping in a way that is new for us, we decided to intentionally limit the Add-On options out of an abundance of caution.

However! In retrospect, after reading a number of thoughtful and well-reasoned comments, we believe we were over-zealous in our attempts to limit logistic complexity and missed a solution that should help a number of you complete your Spirit Island collections more efficiently. Now, we rectify this mistake.

As of this update, we have added the Spirit Island core game, all of the expansions, the original Premium Token Pack, the Deluxe Invader Board, and the sets of Foil Spirit Panels as individual add-ons. For European, Australian, and New Zealand customers, these items will be fulfilled along with the rest of your rewards! Everything is normal!

For all other customers, we will be fulfilling your “already in print” items separately, as logistically possible, between February and November of 2023. You will get any Add-Ons before you get your Nature Incarnate pledge, for sure, but we cannot nail down exactly where in that February to November range. This will allow us to slowly ship out these items without slowing down the fulfillment of the new SKUs once they arrive from the factory.

Just to reiterate for clarity: If you live outside of Europe, Australia, or New Zealand, and you add one of the following SKUs to your pledge, it will be sent to you at some point between February and November 2023. These items will likely be shipped out VERY SLOWLY over that time period, so if we get a ton of this type of Add-On, some backers will likely get theirs months before other backers.

So, in summation, you can get the Add-Ons you want, we'll ship them to you sometime before we ship your Nature Incarnate rewards, but don't get too hung up on just exactly when that sometime will be!
