I find kids to be incredibly chaotic. I joke that any company that needs QA testing should hand their product to a room full of toddlers, because if it can break, they will figure out a way to break it. So, maybe a card that's like "Child of Energy" or "Child of Entropy" or something. I like what everyone has been saying about gender fluidity, and to be honest, in gender-neutral clothes, you really can't tell the gender of a little kid.
As for the action, one of them could be to close your eyes, reach out and just randomly run them over the dice. This will change the positions of some dice, changes the faces of others, and some will remain the same (the ones you don't touch).
