I mean, that would actually fit for me for the Chaos die (and its accompanying Lord)--I ran a campaign once where one adventurer had a Wand of Wonder, and one had a portable hole, and they picked up a taxidermied battle squirrel, and An Incident happened. Which was so ludicrous for the rest of the game a wandering monster for them was the Chaos Squirrel--a high-pitched screaming terror who had all the powers of a Wand of Wonder, but was also easily distracted. It was grand fun.
