Do you still have your Survey Confirmation? This is how I did it:
1. Search your inbox for an email called "Survey Confirmation -- Publishing Goblin's Oracle Dice, 2nd Edition"
2. Open the email and scroll down, you should see details of your pledge and add-ons. Keep scrolling if you can't see it.
3. At the bottom of your add-ons is a link which says "update your cart'. Click on this.
4. This should take you to a page where you can put more stuff in your cart.
5. It may redirect to a page which says link expired. Don't Panic! Click on 'Resend My Survey'
6. Open the email, click on the link, and you should be at No. 4.
7. If you didn't add any add-ons the link may not be there. In this case try clicking on 'Update Your Answers' might achieve the same thing. IDK, the above steps worked for me.
