While I can't accurately answer this as I don't know the Publishing Goblin personally, I have a fairly educated guess based on having followed both projects for just short of a year now. The Publishing Goblin is one person, not a team. While they have people helping them out and artists adding to, all the responsibilities land on the shoulders of one person. As the dice will be made by a different producer (plastics vs. papers), the tarot was a massive overtaking, and a limited run; my best guess is that adding the whole of The Alleyman would be too much.
