When reaching 38 adopters, he'll be put into production right away and you'll be the first ones to get him, before anyone else with a lovely discount!

❗Please always bear 🐻 in mind that the charge will happen only when we get closer to the actual dispatchment of the goodies, and not right after your purchase. This applies to either any eventual extra add-ons, pledge upgrades and pre-orders! When your reward selections will be locked and your cards charged, you will still be able to update your shipping address (in case of moving or other similar necessities), up until we lock addresses right before we start shipping. Hi backer Frens! ૮₍ ˵◕´ ヮ `◕˵ ₎ა♡
We still didn't sent surveys out cause they're still not fully complete: we received the shipping company new rates only a few days ago (they're back from Holidays very late) and, moreover, we had to stop working cause, there have been LOTS of changes during these days of January! As we already said elsewhere, as a side effect of these big changes that are now happening, there's the fact that we unfortunately had to stop working on all our open projects (and even postpone all the new ones we already had planned for 2023 🥲).
The most significant change of this year (and the most time-consuming) is that... we're moving! After months of searching, we have finally managed to find our new place to work and have just received the keys~
Having always worked from home until now, we didn't have anything ready, like furniture or accessories to bring to the new studio. So now we're getting busy decorating and organizing our new studio! It all happened so intensely and quickly, that we haven't had time to update you or reply to your messages in the meantime, but we are doing our best to be fully operative again as soon as possible! It's taking longer than expected... we're only two doing this (with no help from anyone, cause unfortunately there's no familiar or friend that can help us). We're personally getting and assembling all the new furniture (we went to Ikea already many times so far... cause our car is small 😆 and we still have to come back to get more shelves and stuff). You can see this week initial situation in the photo below, it's currently a little advanced than in this pic but still in progress~
We deeply apologize once again for the tremendous delays we are having on all fronts, but we do believe that this big change will surely help us to be a lot faster in the future with everything finally properly organized! ૮₍ ˵◕ ヮ ◕˵ ₎ა ̖́- We'll answer to every message, comment or e-mail as soon as we can ૮ ˵◕´ﻌ`◕˵ ა♡

Just poppin' in to let you know that we're still working on setting the surveys up and that we didn't forget of course! ʕ❀^㉨^❀ʔ Since shipping hasn't been charged during the campaign (as previously stated in the main page), we have to add it in the surveys (for it to be paid right away or later at the moment of the dispatchment). To do so, we're just trying to see if we'll have to use a fulfillment center to help us with the dispatchment of the campaign rewards this time, or if we'll have to do everything by ourselves again. It all depends on the shipping rates that the fulfillment center will give us: if they're more convenient (for both you and us) than our new shipping rates, we'll choose to go with their help! ૮₍ ˵^ ヮ ^˵ ₎ა ̖́- Naturally, the Holidays brought a lot of delays also in the communications/answers exchange... hopefully we'll get a reply from them soon so we'll be able to finalize the surveys and finally send them to you! ૮₍ ˵◕ ɷ ◕˵ ₎ა✧˖°

Hiiiii Backers Frens! The campaign is officially ended. Thank you so much for making all this possible ૮₍ ˵◕ ɷ ◕˵ ₎ა✧˖°
✦ꜱᴜʀᴠᴇʏꜱ We need to know what and where we need to ship the rewards, of course! That's why we’ll send out a Survey through BackerKit to collect this information from all the backers. We're currently working on preparing the surveys for all the tiers. Through the Survey you'll be able to finally select which items you want. But! You'll also be able to add even more add-ons in the Survey and get more items with your pledge even now that the campaign has ended!
✦ᴘʀᴏᴅᴜᴄᴛɪᴏɴ ꜱᴛᴀʀᴛꜱ For the production and fulfillment to be started, funds are needed to be transfered over to us and this process can take up to 20+ business days. After we'll have the funds in hands and everyone (or the vast majority) will have answered the surveys, we'll able to actually start the production of the rewards with our manufacturers.
We’ll give you a heads-up through another update post here to let you know the certain date we'll send the surveys out. So that you can watch for it in your mail-box.
The invitation email contains a link to your personal survey. Please fill your survey as soon as you get it, otherwise we won't be able to know the exact pieces to put into production for each item... and this would cause issues and delays! If you don't fill it out at all, instead, we will not be able to send your rewards to you.
We'll keep you all up to date with the process and everything as we go on, as much as we can!✨

In the meantime, our manu has finally finished the revisitations of the first samples following our adjustments, and here they are: the definitive samples for Cowpuccino and Candy Cowrn!! They turned out so freakin cute now, perfectly according to our expectations ૮₍„ಡ ɷ ಡ„₎ა💗
