In Alliances, there is roughly the same percentage of "Azkol" treasures as in the base game. This keeps the likelyhood of drawing an Azkol treasure the same when you include the expansion.
In Covenant playtesting, the same was true. There are new Azkol treasures. In addition, the size of the treasure market is increased to 4 treasures instead of 3.

Curious how extra treasure cards will affect a kohl’s treasure quest. I suppose treasure pile would have to stay the same size for that quest.

In the draft rules attached, if you are using the original and new treasures, increase the market size to 4 (instead of 3).
