I have yet received my copy of the game. I have read over this whole thing again and nowhere does it say that the version of the game we are supposed to get is a digital version. I saw that I got an email about added digital content to the game that we can download but no where does it say the game is download only. I did get the comic book, sketch and bookmark, but the bookmark is not metal it’s cardboard. Also I never got any emails about the confirmation of shipping. I had to dig up the information about it and come to find out that it had been delivered and was sitting outside in the rain overnight. I would really like some answers on what is going on. I feel that I have been shown one thing to get my $100 pledge and then given another in return.
Project Update: Fulfillment news to wrap things up!
So, fulfillment is about to wrap up; we got out the first two tiers of pledges during the beginning of the week, and we're wrapping up the final deluxe tier today! Customers in the deluxe tier can expect two separate packages; one safely holds your comic and sketch, while the other contains your game. Be on the lookout for both; we've got you covered, so if one arrives first, the other should be close behind.

Project Update: The time has finally come!
That's right: we're packing up your orders and getting them out the door!
Once more, we'd like to thank you all for your patience through printing delays and, worse yet, that unexpected misprinted print run! It's always an extra shame when you think you've succeeded and you've got a book in your hands, only to find out every single one of them is a mess, but the problem's been fixed, and we're finally able to get these goodies out where they belong. We wanted these books and games in your hands long ago, but it feels good knowing our hard work will finally be in the hands of people excited to experience it. That's the best feeling in the entire process, so thank you so much for making it possible!

Project Update: Good news, bad news, and some holiday delays
We've discussed it in the comments and in some email replies with those of you keeping in closer touch, but it's time to get all of you updated on what's been happening over at Source Point!
The books arrived last week later than expected, and the moment we opened those boxes up to start packing, we were delighted. The gold foiling on the comics looks so good, and we're deeply proud of the book we get to send your way. Good news: all that hard work resulted in one stunning little creation.
Here's the bad news, though. We opened up a copy and noticed something. Then we opened another copy, and another copy, and another copy, and found an issue throughout the entire print run: our printer somehow managed to print the book out of order, with a huge chunk of pages from one issue inserted right into the center of another.
The printer has apologized profusely for the mistake and is reprinting, pushing us to the front of the queue. We've been told to expect the replacement print run this week in expedited fashion, and our warehouse is sitting at the ready, prepared to pack things up as soon as the new and proper copies arrive.
We're so sorry for this delay; manufacturing issues happen, but this is definitely the largest and most unfortunately-timed issue we've come across. Your patience means the world, but we understand everyone's frustration, as we're frustrated too. We wanted these comics and games into your hands long ago, and we're still determined to get them out as swiftly as we can once the replacement copies hit!

So I'm seeing the board game is already available for purchase online for $20.39 with guaranteed delivery Jan 3 2023. The whole point of pledging to this crowdfunding campaign was to get the game early but from the looks of it we will be the last to get it because of "production issues" with the comic. Is there going to be any kind of compensation for this? I understand that the "production issues" are outside of your control but you could have shipped the games out separately since they have been sitting in your warehouse for over a month. Also what happened to the "first full week of December" for the comics to arrive? It's Wednesday of the 2nd full week of December and no updates.

We hope your November has been treating we well, but we know it would be treating you better if you'd already received your pledges! While the games arrived on time and as planned, the Centennial Edition books haven't followed suit; the printing process has taken longer than planned, but we have finally been given a ship date from our printers, so the books have finally made it to the front of their printing queue!
Those books are set to arrive to our warehouse the first full week of December, and we'll be shipping things out as soon as we receive them. Getting these pledges to people before the holiday season is in full swing is incredibly important to us, and while printing delays aren't something we can control, we can control how quickly we turn those packages around, and that's exactly what we're gonna do: move 'em, move 'em, move 'em out the door.
Your support for this project has meant the world to us, and while we wish this project had been able to evade any delays, we are eager to send these goodies your way and finally share what we put so much work into creating. Thank you for your patience!

Games have all arrived at the warehouse, and now all we are waiting for is the books to arrive. Surveys are set to go out tomorrow (we've been waiting for the review to be processed by Backerkit). Excited to get this product in everyones hands!

I ordered the digital edition and thought I was getting a digital version of the game Winchester House, not just the comic book. Very disappointed when I saw what I had received. My fault perhaps for not looking closely enough at the campaign but the Digital Pledge still sounds like you're getting the PDF game though, to me at least...
