Winchester Mystery House: Centennial Edition

Hey folks - I am definitely curious to see this - however I have 2 big Qs before I back the $45 tier: 1) will you sihp to Australia & any ideas ROUGHLY a ballpark shipping fee might be? 2) as FLOOR PLAN WMH is touted as an ADD ON - do I need to suddenly track down & buy the main game of FLOOR PLAN to play the WMH version - od will it be playable on its own? Thanks
