Project Update: Sweet Home Actual play + The Remnants, Season 3 Day 2

Survivors,
Things are moving. We still have exactly one week to meet all outstanding Stretch Goals, and they’re all within reach.
TL;DR
- Today we have an actual play of Sweet Home to show you, you find it HERE. The game starts at 00:21:50, before that there’s a recap of setting and system.
- 47% of you have voted for Thami’s proposal to forgive Alanna in Season 3 of the Remnants.
- We have unlocked Samuele Zardinoni’s Postcards, now included in every order which includes the printed Core Book. People have also enthusiastically joined in the Last Words Weekly competition.
Sweet Home
One of the Scenarios in the Founders Package is Sweet Home. We tested it out with a few people from our Discord community. While nobody in the video speaks native English, you can count on some very seductive exotic accents. The Remnants - Season 3, Day 2
If you have missed the previous episodes, we explain how this works here.
Alanna will be pardoned if she cooperates moving forward, according to Thami's proposal. After that, the Remnants travel through a thick forest that has since taken over the site of an old highway. Everybody is moved when Thomas and Kenya (two Walkers) decide to leave the Community and travel as far away as they can in the hopes that once they become Awakened, they won't be able to hurt their fellow Walkers.
Eiffel believes Alanna is lying and watching for a chance to flee despite the fact that she has drawn a map of the location of the shelter and confirmed the password ("surv1v3"). Eiffel questions the decisions the others have made so far and tries to win her trust. “Only the strong can survive in this world”, he concurs with her.

A Finder is well aware of the dangers of his trade and knows where the best places to search are. A new Playbook will also be added to the collection of printed and digital Playbooks.
Weekly Challenges
We had 24 “Last Words” yesterday on our Discord server, we need at least 16 more. This is fun, so please keep them coming. You can read the instructions in this section (Week 3 - Last Words).
The number of backers is also growing. As it tends to fluctuate in ways we can’t predict, I’m just going to reiterate that we’ll unlock the new Scenario The Signal when we get to 700, and we’ll include it in the Founders Package.

Le cose hanno ricominciato a muoversi. Abbiamo ancora una settimana esatta per raggiungere tutti gli Stretch Goal, e con la vostra collaborazione sono tutti a portata di mano.

I Remnants - Stagione 3, Giorno 2
Se vi siete persi le puntate precedenti, vi spieghiamo come funziona qui.
La proposta di Thami ha avuto la meglio, Alanna sarà perdonata se da ora in poi collaborerà. I Remnants proseguono quindi attraversando un fitto bosco, cresciuto laddove un tempo correva un’autostrada. Durante il percorso, Thomas e Kenya (entrambi Camminatori) sentono l’approssimarsi del Risveglio: fra la commozione di tutti, decidono di abbandonare la Comunità e allontanarsi quanto più possibile, nella speranza che da Risvegliati non possano nuocere ai loro compagni.
Alanna ha disegnato una mappa su dove si trova il rifugio e confermato la password (“surv1v3”) ma Eiffel pensa che stia mentendo, in attesa dell’occasione di scappare. Eiffel nel frattempo tenta di entrare in confidenza con lei, mettendo in dubbio le scelte che gli altri hanno fatto fino a quel momento. Si dice concorde con lei sul fatto che solo i forti possono sopravvivere a questo mondo.

Giorno 2
Il tramonto sta arrivando e con esso l’orrore: i Remnants decidono di sostare al limitare di un bosco. Mentre stanno montando le tende da campo, i membri del gruppo vedono gli alberi muoversi in modo innaturale: una grande massa informe si sta muovendo sulle cime. Si tratta di qualcosa che nessuno aveva mai visto prima, l’ennesimo abominio partorito dalla Piaga! La massa sembra composta da un corpo spugnoso ricoperto da filamenti e sei braccia innaturalmente lunghe si aggrappano ai rami per spostarsi velocemente. Quando si avvicina, il fuoco da campo illumina le sue forme, un grande corpo di forma romboidale - simile a quello di una manta - ricoperto di escrescenze che secernono un liquido nero . L’orribile creatura muove quella che sembra una testa senza occhi scrutando d’intorno e appollaiata sopra le fiamme, all’altezza di tre metri circa.
- Thami dice che “brutto” non significa necessariamente “cattivo”. Qualcosa nel profondo, forse a causa della sua condizione di Camminatore, gli dice che la creatura non intende attaccarli. Forse esiste la possibilità di evitare lo scontro.
- Raven segue come sempre nella via della violenza. Incocca una freccia nel proprio arco e invita altri arcieri a fare altrettanto. Confida che mirando alle braccia poste sul lato destro, la creatura perda la presa e finisca dritta nelle fiamme.
- Eiffel suggerisce che il modo migliore per capire le intenzioni della creatura sia quello di avvicinarsi e tentare un contatto. Ma visto il rischio insito nella cosa, le persone più indicate sono Nadia e Kalo: se sopravvivono avranno modo di emendare i loro peccati, se muoiono riceveranno la giusta punizione.
