Project Update: IMPORTANT: Orders locking on March 20!

Hello Survivors,
In this update I want to focus on a single item:
ORDERS LOCKING ON MARCH 20
Currently, 90% of backers have completed the Pledge Manager survey.
We're getting close to the point where we need to lock orders, withdraw funds, deal with bureaucracy, and get final print run estimates. March 20 is the date. Backerkit will send you another email warning a few days earlier.
What does it mean for you:
- After March 20, you will no longer be able to make changes to your order, such as adding Add Ons or increasing your pledge. If you want to make changes, do it now.
- You WILL STILL BE ABLE TO CHANGE YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS. We will lock addresses later in the year.
What you need to do:
- Double check your order, and make sure it’s what you want. If you have the right to a free copy of The Daughter of the Blight, please double-check that it is in the correct language; those were added manually, and I did my best, but had to make some assumptions.
- If you used a credit card, make sure it's still valid. If you're using a debit card, make sure you have enough funds to cover the outstanding fees.
- If you used PayPal, you already paid and we’re good.
If you are among the 10% who have not responded to the survey, or if your payment is not processed:
- Please fill in the survey now, things get tricky if you don’t reply. Not sure if you did it? Check it out, it's just a click away.
- If the survey or payment is not completed, we will give you a couple of weeks to resolve the issue, after which all physical orders with unanswered surveys or orders with unpaid shipping expenses will be converted to digital orders, as per FAQ. Nobody wants that to happen, so let's keep it from happening.
The Late Pledge will remain open for the time being, even if some of the items may be retired.
Work on the project is proceeding well, I'm looking forward to being done with the boring practical stuff so we can go back to discuss the game. Keep an eye out and come say hello on Discord!
PLEASE NOTE: If you’re trying to complete the survey and seeing a 999€ charge for shipping expenses it just means that I need to check your shipping rates. If that’s the case, or you have any other issue, get in touch.

In questo aggiornamento voglio concentrarmi su un singolo punto:
CHIUSURA DEL PLEDGE MANAGER IL 20 MARZO
Attualmente, il 90% dei backer ha completato il sondaggio del Pledge Manager.
Ci stiamo avvicinando al momento in cui dobbiamo cristallizzare gli ordini, ritirare i fondi, occuparci della burocrazia e ottenere le stime finali per le tirature di stampa. La data in cui chiuderemo i sondaggi su Backerkit è il 20 marzo. Backerkit vi invierà un'altra e-mail di avviso un paio di giorni prima.
Cosa significa per voi:
- Dopo il 20 marzo, non sarà più possibile apportare modifiche al vostro ordine, come aggiungere un add-on o fare l’upgrade del pledge. Se volete apportare modifiche, fatelo ora.
- POTRETE ANCORA CAMBIARE L'INDIRIZZO DI CONSEGNA. Gli indirizzi verranno finalizzati più avanti nel corso dell'anno.
Cosa dovete fare:
- Ricontrollate l'ordine e assicuratevi che includa quello che desiderate. Se avete diritto a una copia gratuita di La Figlia della Piaga (The Daughter of the Blight), controllate che sia nella lingua corretta; le copie sono state aggiunte manualmente e ho fatto del mio meglio, ma ho dovuto fare alcune ipotesi sulla questione lingua.
- Se avete usato una carta di credito, assicuratevi che sia ancora valida. Se avete usato una carta di debito, assicuratevi di avere abbastanza fondi per coprire le spese in sospeso.
- Se avete usato PayPal, avete già pagato tutto e siamo a posto.
Se siete tra il 10% che non ha risposto al sondaggio, o se il vostro pagamento non viene processato:
- Compilate subito il sondaggio, le cose si complicano se non rispondete. Non siete sicuri di averlo fatto? Controllate, è sufficiente un clic.
- Se il sondaggio o il pagamento non vengono completati, vi daremo un paio di settimane per risolvere il problema, dopodiché tutti gli ordini fisici con sondaggi senza risposta saranno convertiti in ordini digitali, come da FAQ. Nessuno vuole ritrovarsi in questa situazione, quindi evitiamo che accada.
Per il momento il Late Pledge rimarrà aperto, anche se alcuni articoli potrebbero essere ritirati per motivi legati a future campagne.
Nel frattempo, il lavoro sul progetto sta procedendo bene, non vedo l'ora di concludere con le cose pratiche per poter tornare a discutere del gioco. Tenete gli occhi aperti e venite a salutarci su Discord!
