Hey, I just went out to fill out the pledge manager and it's asking me to pay $80 for shipping to EU?? I know the shipping fees during the campaign were just an estimate but going from $19 to $80 is just absurd, this has to be an error

Hi, finishing my pledge manager I'm being charged 50$ for shipping. Norway is most definitely in Europe, so I'm not sure what's happening here. It's almost twice the cost of my pledge :/

I bought the physical for myself but my best friend is a budding game dev, so whenever I find books on the topic, I like to send it to them. But I couldn't find a way to add a digital version to my pledge, do I just have to make another account and buy it again?

I used the same email address as on KS, however this email doesn't have an account with KS. I do have the KS email confirming my backing the project, with my backer number and confirmation number. Might the fact that I don't have a KS account cause any issue? Thanks

I've since moved across the country, from TX to WA since the first Kickstarter campaign. Same email address but different shipping address and payment method. Will this email suffice to prove my backing of the original campaign to qualify for the deskmat?

backerkit is somehow even more hard to navigate than KS. How does one add the slipcase. There is no managing add-ons just "add the amount for addons" ok i don't even see it as an addon. Let alone the list of addons? just the different pledge levels. How do i know how much to...
