Six different apocalypses not enough for you?

Welcome to the Wasteland!

Get ready for the post-apocalyptic Cy_Borg variant that you've been waiting for!  Like many gamers, I fell in love with the "rules light, heavy everything else" flail to the face that was Mork Borg, and when Cy_Borg came out, I felt like I truly found a game with just enough crunch to the rules to keep my interest while still being breezy enough to not give me a headache from managing a half dozen stat blocks at a time.

So I waited for my favorite genre, post-apocalyptic survival, to appear.  When I didn't see a comprehensive treatment in the vein of Pirate Borg for swashbuckling or Vast Grimm for space horror, I figured it was time to throw my hat into the ring and give the world my own vision.

Enter Wasteland Degenerates, a game where you play the worthless dregs of post-apocalyptic society going out and finding the supplies that make the world just that much more comfortable for the fortunate few who get to live in safe enclaves.  You'll take on the role of road warriors, hellfire preachers, survivalists, scavengers, and former soldiers taking jobs from federal remnants, religious cults, and the sinister corporations that ended the world in the first place, just to get by.

Take up arms and follow me!

The world before the fall of Wasteland Degenerates is familiar enough to use reference points from Mad Max vehicles to The Last of Us-style walled cities, but also far enough into the future to feature advanced technology, such as androids and reality-altering devices.  Of course, you can (and should!) have a souped-up hot rod to ride the wastes in style; vehicles are an essential part of the game, and occupy half of the character sheet!

What's your ride?

While there is no "7:7" event to end the game, there are six different apocalypses, each with their own event track.  As time goes on, things steadily get worse until reaching the end of one of the tracks, which will tell you how the end comes.  It might be slow (as food runs out) or fast (the earth cracks apart, venting atmosphere into space).

I'm going to shoot for a maximum of 160 pages (depending on the result of the campaign, I suppose), but the game is FULLY WRITTEN, and I'm already working on future adventures and crunchy extras.

I can't wait to share the apocalypse with you!

We're all lost. Just... some more than others. One of six (or more!) classes you can play.
