The Artisan Customized pledge level lets you dial in the sizing and pockets to fit exactly what you want to carry. The customization process works like this: 1) You’ll provide some high-level details about your customization in the post-project survey, 2) we review the surveys and design and produce the bags with straight-forward customizations, 3) if we need more information from you to make your bag, you’ll get a Calendly link from Chad for a design consultation, 4) Chad will send a design mock-up based on your consultation, 5) when approved, we will make your bag and ship.
