Lockdown Date

This is just a reminder that the survey lockdown date is coming up. The survey lockdown date is October 21st, 2022. This means you have until Friday the 21st to make changes to your order. After the lockdown date you will not be able to make changes to the designs you've chosen. If you need to update your shipping address after your survey has been locked, please email [email protected]. We are able to update your shipping address on our end up until we ship the order. The lock down date is when your card on file will be charged for your shipping fees and any other add-on items.

Your design choices are guaranteed as long as you've completed your survey before the lockdown date. You will still be able to complete your survey after the lockdown date, and choose from any of the designs, but it does not guarantee that design will be available when we pack your order.

If you haven't found your survey yet, please check your spam or junk inbox, and search BackerKit in your email. If you still cannot find your survey please email us.

Pre-order Store

Our pre-order store will still be available until the lockdown date. If you know anyone who didn't pledge during the campaign but was interested in getting these pins, they can find the pre-order store here. The pre-order store is not your survey, so if you are a backer of the campaign please do not place a pre-order thinking it's your survey, you will end up with two orders.
