You have stated multiple times my product will be shipped. In one of the updates you have said there will be no wireless charging, yet you charged me for a wireless charging case and said you were working on a resolution. Time is up, I have had enough of waiting, issue me a refund of the whole product.

The summer you promised is coming. Considering the delivery time, the product should have already been made to keep the promise. If the next update is delaying the arrival time again, I ask for a refund.

I have read through the last several posts put up over the last month or two. With little variation, your responses are as I have posted in the title. We are only looking for a commitment of timing - when the sun is at its warmest - that would be mid June. after that, it is getting farther and farther away from the earth and getting colder. Sort of what it seems most of your investors are feeling with the lake of a tangible response from you or your team. The optics are just plain awful. I have a yearly 50 mile bike ride in two weeks, for which I was hoping to have the glasses - last year and this year. Any comments would be great! Rob.

Here is the schedule posted a while back. September: Finalize electronics October: Open lens tooling November: Test samples with full audio and tint functionality and finished lenses November: Open frame tooling December: Mold revisions, pilot run January, and February: Final Testing and certifications March: Mass production and finish shipping I guess I have lost my glasses somewhere in the house or my car, since I have had them for over 2 months now - being May 5th and the ship date of the mass production was March. Oh, is that the schedule for 2025?

I keep getting bombarded with e-mails to invest in Ampere for yet another last-chance round of investment. How do you keep having so many final rounds of investment for a company that can't even deliver updates! Is all the money just being embezzled? I don't want to hear any more about opportunities to lose even more money on your fraud schemes and get discounts on products you don't have. What I want is an update on the product I have already paid for, over a year ago, and for which you are still collecting money from new suckers on your pre-orders. I don't understand how you have time to keep updating on final discounts and more rounds of investment, yet you can't put out a single update in four months on what you are doing with the money we have already paid you. This project is not even listed on Kickstarter anymore, which is the platform I invested through, it has been completely deleted without trace. Does Ampere Dusk even exist, or was it all smoke and mirrors?

But 3 months with no update is just plain disrespectful. The same message keeps being parroted out: “thank you for your patience”, “we understand your frustration”, “we’re working on an update”. Even a high school student can write faster than your company. I’m beyond upset with the lack of communication at this point.

It's been a year since I made the payment, and I don't even know when I'll get it. Can you compensate for the time I've been waiting for? Your product is no longer state of the art. I don't even know why I have to wait for your product right now. I hope you can stop parrotting me and tell me as soon as possible when I can get it.

The sun is shining, the weather is warm, and I am still waiting for some eye protection. An update on product status and delivery timing would be nice to have right about now... As Cris said, we are tired of the same old platitudes - "We understand," "We appreciate your patience," etc., which now seem empty. What I am curious about is, if the pre-orders are at the same price as your backers, what benefit is there in backing your severely late and modified product?

Here we are again waiting for the update we would “soon” get from you all. I have completely lost faith in the ability to deliver, and the honesty of your company. If there are issues, have the intestinal fortitude to send updates stating that. We would appreciate that over the BS comments of “please bear with us” or “we will reach out soon” for most of us those are just empty words from you all. Please do the honorable thing and let some of us who are fed up with you to get our refunds.

We’ll bring you up to speed on all things Dusk Sport in this update and we are committed to providing more regular updates moving forward. This is what you said two months ago. Your update every few months hasn't changed. I don't understand at all that I still don't see the last product after over a year. I want to know the shipping date in the next update.

I was ecstatic to receive the last update. However, when can we can finalize our choice of frame model, frame color, and lens color. I also want to know if I will be able to attach my bike rearview mirror to my frame. Thanks.
