Important fulfillment information + pin pictures!! (please double check your address)
Heya :D Here's a quick update on my current progress with the campaign :) After one week of forced rest due to the heatwave, and one week of planned vacation I feel refreshed and am finally ready to knuckle down and start fulfillment!
Most pins are in hand! I've graded up to 1/3rd of each design, and expect the seconds rates won't cause any troubles for fulfillment! You'll be able to see better pictures at the end of the update :D
A little overview of the pins and their new backing cards!
Adresses will be locked in 48 hours, so please double check that they are correct!
!! If your pledge OR your shipping + add-ons have not yet been paid and you would like to receive your rewards, please fix your payment method or reach out to me by email ([email protected]) as soon as possible. !!
Unfortunately cross-collab backers may have to wait a bit longer, as the manufacturer has forgotten to send the design. It will be sent along with a remake of the freebie raccoon and cheese raccoon pins, as the factory had flagged these two designs as having an unacceptable error rate proactively.
When fulfillment starts, I aim to tackle it in this order until the cross-collab pins arrive:
1. US orders without cross collab pin 2. Non-EU orders without cross collab 3. EU + domestic orders without cross collab pin
I expect the collab pins to arrive hopefully by the end of the month, and will keep you updated!
Because US orders take longer to arrive and the tariff situation remains a bit uncertain, they will take priority over EU orders as mentioned in my main campaign story :)
Fulfillment progress
I am currently hard at work grading all the pins, after which I will be producing all of the needed freebie stickers. When this is ready all the pins will go on their backing cards and I can hopefully start fulfillment properly!

Fulfillment Update
A little sneak peek of the collar pin set :D
While I had really hoped for the pins to arrive in May, their delivery has unfortunately been pushed back. The reason for this is a miscommunication about the Gold Digger Raccoon design, as well as a flaw in the batches of the Freebie and Cheese Raccoon pins.
As it stands, I will receive the bulk of the designs in the coming two weeks, but with the Freebie pin missing and Dutch Comic Con coming up I will unfortunately be unable to start fulfillment this month. The Freebie and Cheese Raccoon pins will hopefully get to me by the start of July, which is when fulfillment will start.
What this means for the backers (especially US ones) is that all fulfillment will now shift to the month of July.
US orders will have priority here due to persistent new tariff threats, but I aim to get all rewards shipped by mid-August.
If you believe that your shipping address will change with the new shipping timeline don't fret! You will be able to update your shipping address until Monday July 6th in case of a move!
If you selected Local Pickup for Dutch Comic Con:
I will unfortunately be unable to provide this due to the freebie pins being delayed until the start of July.I will be honoring the shipping discount there and send your pins your way without additional payment. I may be able to offer part of your campaign rewards at the con, but the Freebie pin and any extras (like the Freebie stickers) will have to be sent by mail.
You may see me selling Extrashvaganza pin designs at Dutch Comic Con, as mentioned previously in the campaign planning. Stock has been ordered for sale rather than fulfillment, so this will not affect your rewards. The pins will not be for sale in my webshops until fulfillment has been completed,

Extrashvaganza Pin Previews, Orders locked - Cards will be charged 16/04!!
Hey all! I'm back with a little update :)
Orders locked + Card charge date
Most of you have filled in your surveys, which is fantastic! Many of you went for some extra add-ons as well, which is always much appreciated ;D
All surveys that have been filled in have been locked, so no items can be added. If you notice a mistake or have a request for a change, you can reach out through Backerkit Support and I will do my best to accommodate any alterations!
All shipping and taxes should be visible for those with locked orders. Any outstanding amounts will be charged on April 16th, this amount includes survey add-ons, shipping, and tariffs. You will receive a reminder email about this 48 hours in advance (if I do not click the wrong button again like with locking the orders, sorry about that!).
If you have not yet filled in your survey, please do so as soon as possible so I can get your rewards out on time when they arrive!
In some less boring news, I've got some pin sneak peeks for you!!
I have received some sample and update pictures from my lovely manufacturer, so without further ado...
The gradient screenprint test for the pigeon gang pins was a smashing success! This makes it the first pin to be properly realized :D I hope you guys are as happy with their look as I am, I think it turned out super cute.
Here's some pictures I received of the cheese raccoon and 'dead' opossum as well! They're lacking screenprint (and looking a little naked because of it) but I daresay they're already looking good :D

Hey all!! I've got a big ol' timeline update for you to let you know where things stand currently :)
The surveys have been sent out, and because you've all filled it in en masse I've also placed the pin order last Monday! In the meantime I've been working very hard to get all the artwork finished, and I am happy to say the last artwork file was sent off today as well :D
If you have not yet filled out your survey I would appreciate it a lot if you could do so as soon as possible so I can better prepare for fulfillment!
Unfortunately we did not hit the goal on the opossum keychain add-on, so people who have ordered that will have it removed from their surveys before I charge cards to collect for shipping.
The artwork having been sent off means I've got some finalized art for you on some of the more sketchy or work in progress pins (especially in the stretch goals): The biggest improvements were made on the collar pins of course ;D I hope you guys like the final art for them as much as I do, I made them extra chunky (just for you).
One bigger change in the bird pins is the seagull, as I had to change his leg pose to accommodate production limits - I did my best, so I hope you still like him in all of his greed!
I'm going to be testing gradient printing for the pigeon's necks, to better mimic their shiny feathers! This is the only pin I have ordered a sample of, so I will have some pictures to share with you when that comes my way :)
As things stand the schedule has shifted by about two weeks, but I'm hopeful we'll remain roughly on track! I will keep you guys in the loop :)

Surveys are out!
The smoke test revealed some issues with my surveys, but fixes have been made (fingers crossed!!) and all surveys have now been sent out :)

Add-ons
You will be able to add additional items at the tail end of your survey, these will be added in with your rewards when they are shipped out! You can add additional copies of the freebies here as well.
Local Pickup
There is a local pickup option available for those who will be attending Dutch Comic Con this summer! If you select this option you will avoid paying shipping fees, and I will have your pins ready for you at the convention (barring any delays).
Pre-order shop
Thepre-order store is open for those who missed out on the campaign! While you can no longer earn freebies with your orders, they are available for purchase if you want to get your hands on them 🦝
Pre-orders will likely be sent out alongside the campaign pins, but I will keep you in the loop if there is any changes!

Hey all! A small update to give everyone a head's up that surveys will be going out soon! It will be sent to 5% of backers first so I can catch any errors I might've made with the survey, and afterwards all surveys will be sent out :)
Everyone can expect your surveys (hopefully) somewhere this week!
What is the survey? 🦝
During your survey you will be able to select the pins you pledged for during the campaign. If you ordered three standard pins, for example, you will get a selection of thirteen designs to choose from for each one. You don't need to select different options, so if you'd like to receive doubles simply select the same design twice :)
At the end of the survey you will fill in your shipping and payment information.
Add-ons If you purchased add-on items during the campaign, you will confirm these in the add-on section after the survey questions. You'll also have the option to add additional freebies (especially handy if you've placed an order with multiple people) there.
Your balance will reflect the add-ons purchased during the campaign, additional payment is only needed when you add additional items.
I've added the curling opossum keychain as unlockable add-on, which means that if enough backers add it to their order it will still be made! If not enough people order this add-on, those who added it will be refunded for it :) It's half price from my regular keychains to make sure it still feels like a treat :D

At the end of the survey, you will need to review your payment information to ensure any additionally ordered add-ons can be charged.
Please check if your campaign payment has gone through! There is also still a small amount of backers with a failed charge for their campaign pledge. Please be sure to check your emails and update your payment information there, or as soon as you fill out the survey to ensure you can receive your campaign rewards!
If you are not certain this applies to you, please take a moment to check your account to see if your payment has been processed :)
What happens after the survey? 🦝
After the surveys have been processed, I will be in contact with my manufacturer to let them know the final number of pins I will need for fulfillment. We'll then begin the manufacturing process, during which I will be designing backing cards and getting my additional freebies in order :) I hope to start shipping the rewards in May.
You will still be able to adjust your shipping information for some time after this, and you'll receive an email before addresses are locked, so don't worry too much if you do not know if you will be at the same address in a few month's time! A reminder will go out before addresses are locked.
