I am looking for funds to develop a worldbuilding web app for creatives and roleplayers to build complex worlds and stories, keep all the information in one place, and then chat with the custom characters they create using AI. These funds will go to hiring a programmer, as well as maintaining the site itself, marketing, and development of UI and future features.
I am Zoe Leonhard, a Savannah College of Art and Development student, a high school valedictorian, a CEO and president of my own company, and an autist. I am striving to advocate for those with autism and other neurodivergences and disorders through media, specifically games. If I can get people to listen to my mission through the games they play and consume, I can strive to make waves in my audience's understanding of those represented in the content they consume and I create.
My current project, ShellScape, a web app tailored for creatives and roelplayers, strives to create an inclusive community that is welcoming to and made up of those with stories to tell. Through each story, a little piece of those who made it is held, and in these pieces we can begin to build a deep and caring connection between people, whether they be people who create or people who consume. ShellScape will use a dreamcore aesthetic in its design, to reflect the mental confusion and fogginess in many of those who suffer from mental health issues. It is my belief through roleplay and stories we reveal the deeper reaches of ourselves. The dreamcore aesthetic, or an aesthetic reflective of confusion, mental disassociation, and liminal spaces, reflects this in a beautiful way.
