Entering to win the pair of custom made Sailor Moon (Sailor Pluto) inspired boots!
One (1) Winner will be chosen. If the boots are not the size of the winner, a custom pair of boots in their size will be made. These boots are currently a women's size 8W
If a person has special needs for shoes or difficult to find sizing (I.E size 15 boots) they must provide the shoes to be customized.
If a person outside the USA wins, they must cover the cost of shipping for the boots. USA shipping will be covered by me.
