Get Ready for Songs of extinction - extinct bird pins

Last May I spent a month tracking and drawing the last known nesting sites of the Great Auk in Iceland as part of an artist residency. I've been interested in extinction, particularly birds native to the island of Malta, after the Slender-billed Curlew was declared extinct last year.
I began developing this artist research project named 'songs of extinction' and its an ongoing process. This is my 3rd Pintopia so naturally it made sense to make pins inspired by the birds I've been documenting. Just like last year, etchings are also available as an add-on!
