Hi there! I’m Maple, the artist and owner of Maplemuse (@maplemuse.shop), where I bring cute and quirky designs to life. This is my first crowdfunding project, and I’m thrilled to introduce you to The Dumpster Buddies—a collection of enamel pins featuring three lovable trash animals: Rabies the Opossum, Snax the Raccoon, and Peep the Pigeon.

These characters were inspired by the loveable thrash animals from around the internet, and I’ve designed them to capture that blend of chaos and cuteness we all secretly love. Rabies the Opossum: Rabies is that one friend who’s always ready to start something. With her wild eyes and a tiny knife, she’s here to prove that size doesn’t matter when it comes to being the toughest critter on the block. Don’t worry, though—it’s all in good fun (mostly).
Snax the Raccoon: Snax lives for food, and honestly, same. He’s chubby, he’s sneaky, and he’s always got a slice of pizza on hand. If you’ve ever dug through the fridge at 3 AM, you’ll get it.
Peep the Pigeon: Peep is sweet, simple, and just a little bit clueless. With a fabulous bread necklace and a vacant stare, he’s proof that sometimes, ignorance really is bliss. He might not be the sharpest tool in the shed, but he’s got a heart of gold… and a whole lot of drip.
