This “Cartoonish Party Game” game with “over the top” action will give the player a feeling of constantly catching the bad guys.  It will seem like your regular FPS, but the story and play on Cartoonishness will shift to keep from becoming redundant.

It will also have a detective noir storyline feel to it as well.  Each Boss criminal captured will reveal the next plot of the story.  Unlocking new stages.
