The Journey: From a Pencil Sketch to the Eternal Beauty of Verona

Every single project in this collection begins its life as a simple, hand-drawn pencil sketch in my studio. But its soul? Its soul is deeply and inextricably rooted in my land. I am incredibly proud to share that every single piece is born and crafted in Verona, Italy—the legendary city of love, known across the globe for the tragic romance of Romeo and Juliet and the majestic, thousand-year-old Arena.

Living surrounded by such eternal architectural beauty and history inspires me daily to create unique objects that are meant to last. My "Gelatos" are produced entirely within the Verona district, a unique territory where ancient artisanal craftsmanship seamlessly meets the absolute peak of modern industrial excellence. From the very first technical drawing to the precision cutting of the acrylic and the final assembly, every single step of this creative and productive journey happens right here, in the heart of Italy. By combining high-tech manufacturing with a meticulous, hands-on passion for details, we ensure that each mirror is not just a piece of decor, but a certified masterpiece of contemporary pop design. This project is my personal, heartfelt tribute to a city that has taught the world how to fall in love with beauty, elegance, and the authentic spirit of the "Dolce Vita." 

In the world of design, true quality is something you can feel with your hands. I didn't want a flimsy product; I wanted a solid, high-end masterpiece. That is why each "Gelato" is composed of a sturdy double-layer of premium 3mm + 3mm plexiglass. This total thickness of 6mm provides a satisfying weight and a physical, three-dimensional depth that makes the "melting" effect feel incredibly real and alive as shadows play between the layers.

To achieve this surgical level of perfection, we utilize latest-generation laser cutting technology. This process ensures that every curve is perfectly rendered, allowing the two layers to fit together with absolute precision. But the magic doesn't stop at the shape. Our textures and colors are applied using state-of-the-art UV printing technology. Unlike traditional printing, UV curing creates colors that are remarkably vibrant, deep, and—most importantly—resistant to the passage of time. These colors won't fade or peel; they are fused into the material, ensuring your artwork remains as brilliant as a fresh scoop of artisanal gelato for decades to come

Why do I call them "No-Mirrors"? Because I believe that sometimes art doesn't need to show you your own face—it needs to reflect your soul and your personality. My work sits at the vibrant intersection of Functional Design and Urban Pop Art. I took the most iconic symbol of the Italian summer—the gelato—and decided to "freeze" its melting moment forever in a high-tech material.

The true artistic challenge was to recreate the visual softness and the "dripping" sensation of artisanal cream using a solid, technical, and rigid material like plexiglass. The result is a fascinating visual paradox: a surface that is mirrored or ultra-glossy, yet appears completely liquid and flowing. It is a modern object that awakens childhood memories, breaks the cold monotony of blank walls, and invites anyone who enters the room to smile and wonder: "Wait, is that really a mirror or is it actually melting?" 

A Local Supply Chain for Global Quality In an age of anonymous mass production, I have chosen a different path. I do not delegate the quality of my vision to distant factories. Every single phase of the creation—from the high-precision laser cutting to the specialized UV printing, and finally to the secure, protective packaging—is carried out within a radius of just a few kilometers in the Verona area. This "short supply chain" (Chilometro Zero) is my guarantee to you. It allows me and my dedicated team to personally oversee every single minute of the process, ensuring that not a single millimeter is out of place.
