The custom cat pins arrive on Friday (maybe earlier if lucky!) so also means if you preordered on my site, they will go out alongside these final orders from this project.
Stickers for these designs should be in next week as well + the new ones. I will get them on site when I can.
Also thank you to everyone who came to see me at Metrocon this weekend! It was lovely to finally meet some of you! I actually love Tampa so much I want to return. Next year is unlikely in the cards for me since we do need a new vehicle (rental roulette is my least favorite game now).
Either way, this should be my last post for this project. I will be working on the other two in the meantime (Flames & Flavors 2 + finishing Piles of Plush). Feel free to follow along with those if you were interested in anything even if you didn't back it. I do post preorders on my site when I place full orders so it means they are already in production.
I don't remember what was or was not shared, but these are slowly finishing up. Have a photo dump. Hopefully these will be in hand either later this month or early August.
So I submitted these a few weeks ago and apparently they never got started. My manufacturer had started someone elses order but not mine. It was corrected and now I finally have some photos for the custom sushi cat pins.
I also reordered the black sushi cats simply because most went out as freebies and I wanted a few for my site and events still.
Outside of the custom cats that are currently in production, the remaining pins that were being remade are in route.
This will allow me to send the remaining packages. If you had a package that bounced back to me, I will be dealing with those when I send the rest of these out.
The only orders that should remain open after those are sent will be the local pickups (I think all of you for local pickup are in discord or on FB and in communication with me already).

The new project will launch sometime this summer once I get the art finalized, submitted and quoted. I have to do a lot more advertising for it, but I will care more once I get the designs finished. It will only be like 5 designs max anyways so I am almost done. Since we're doing a snaked and bearded dragon instead of more cats this round, I will owe you guys some cat art later or something. I am going to try and draw all the suggestions but I want the projects in small manageable forms.
I don't have a set in stone ETA, just whenever I get some art done. Maybe mid June/end of June? I need to give it an image eventually but for now it works lol. Feel free to share with your friends. Ideally I can just collect some backers for now and launch when it feels appropriate.
I decided to start with the waffles since for some reason that was what I was motivated to work on. This will be getting vectored while I am at Momocon. I will be rotating dragons and cats this time just bc the cats are significantly cheaper to produce than the dragons.
I have currently overestimated the project at higher tariff rates so hopefully

I think it was Waffles, Burger & Bacon Cheeseburger, S'mores Cats (doing a fluffy and a not fluffy version). I don't think I had any other designs set in stone just yet. There were some good suggestions so we'll see what inspires me at the time I gotta make the extra goals.
My husband also suggested I do some deserts for a 3rd Flames & Flavors. Either way, we'll see how things go. Maybe I'll even try and get GSPR stuff figured out so I can sell to the EU. I had so many corgi customers overseas in the past, so it's a bummer to lose out on them.
