You should also be able to access your surveys through your backer account once they've all gone out.

We'll be closing the survey, locking orders and charging cards on May 27th.

Greetings fellow voyagers, a few quick announcements!

Smoke tests will soon been sent to roughly 5% of backers.

These are early surveys to help identify potential issues before everyone gets their survey.
BackerKit sends these and randomly chooses who gets these surveys.

If you receive one, please fill it out as soon as possible to help us root out any problems or issues.

Potential issues include: if items are missing a design variant, shipping prices look incorrect, or you are unable to purchase an add-on you want.

Once we get those smoke test surveys filled and iron out any issues, we'll send the rest of the surveys out.

Hi all,

Thank you SO MUCH for your support and enthusiasm for this campaign, it's been such an amazing trip and I CANNOT WAIT to get these pins produced and into your hands!

You are amazing and I appreciate you!

Now that the campaign has ended Backerkit will begin charging cards for pledges. Within the next 1-2 days you should see a charge from 72STATIONS on your statement, however, sometimes it says BackerKit.

If your payment fails BackerKit will attempt to charge your payment method a few more times in the following days. If your payment fails every time, you will still be able to pay for your pledge within your survey to get your rewards. If you have a failed pledge payment you will still receive your survey and you can update your payment within the survey to ensure you still get the pledge level you choose and freebie items.

In roughly two weeks you will receive a BackerKit survey, sometime around May 2nd. I will also send out an update before surveys go out. The purpose of the survey is to choose the designs you want for your pins, provide your shipping address, and pay for shipping. The survey will also have an add-ons section and that is where you'll find other items like stickers, extra pins, etc. Add-ons are entirely optional.

Pre-order Store
In roughly a week we will launch a pre-order store. This pre-order store is solely meant for people who missed the campaign and are not backers. If you are a backer and you see the pre-order store link on the page, please do not confuse it with your survey. Feel free to send the pre-order store link to any friends who missed the campaign. Just remember, the pre-order store is not your survey. In the past, a few backers got confused about that and placed pre-order store orders thinking it was their survey.

Freebie Items
Once you complete the pledge level questions on your survey and get to the final page, you will automatically see freebie items that come with your pledge, in your items list. If you are missing any free items from that list please email [email protected]

Hey everyone,

Just 8 hours left in the campaign!

Quick reminder that we've added the STEALTH MODE sticker sheet as an add-on ($12), and you can also get it for free if you pledge for Four Pins or higher.

Because our funding total has been bouncing around a lot with late cancellations and changes, I've gone ahead and unlocked all the STEALTH MODE pin variants, so if you wanted to pick those for your pledge (or add them later), they will be available!

ATTENTION ALL HANDS...

Just over 24 hours remain before the campaign leaves your local spacetime quadrant!

Hey all,

We are in the final approach, a few updates to share...

We're just shy of unlocking STEALTH MODE pins, and I really hope we get there!

Here's a preview of the designs, which feature silver plating with black fill and black glitter to simulate a starfield seen through the ship's stealth field.

To help us make the leap to stealth tech, we've also added a vinyl sticker sheet of the ships, a 4x6" sheet with silver holofoil lines over a starfield background. Check em out...
