Reviews

My first RPG book, Intoximancy, received a 2023 ENNIE Award nomination for Best Supplement! Among the kind reviews for my previous 5E projects...

“I love all of it! Can’t wait to show my group tonight!”

“Just got the zine and it’s exquisite! Cheers for making this!”

“The zine is absolutely awesome… rarely seen a 5e product of such a great quality.”

“I’m loving the book. I’m totally letting my players use this home-brew class. 100%!”

The digital versions of Intoximancy, Death Dealing, The Prayer's Handbook, and Nibblemancy are now also available from DriveThruRPG

Book specs

Both the Wildest Shape zine and the hardcover editions will be printed at A5 size - this is about 5-7/8 x 8-1/4 inches in size. With unlocked stretch goals, the book will be at least 32 pages. These editions will be designed to match my previous books: Intoximancy, Death Dealing, The Prayer's Handbook, and Nibblemancy.

Wildest Shape Druid Mini

Here's a look at a preliminary render of the Circle of the Fractured Path Druid mini - scaled to the 32mm "heroic" standard for tabletop miniatures. The mini is included in two reward tiers and is available as an addon for all physical reward tiers.

3D Render of a work-in-progress

I sculpt these myself as reference for my cover paintings. To manufacture the mini kits, I'll be working with the same casting company, Trenchworx, which produced the beautiful mini kits for my previous campaigns Nibblemancy, Intoximancy, Death Dealing and The Prayer's Handbook campaign. They make outstanding, detailed, cast figures (assembly required).

A 3D-printable STL version of this sculpt will be available for free to all of my Patreon supporters.

Who's making this thing?

Everything in Wildest Shape is written, illustrated, and sculpted by me, Steve Conley. Wildest Shape is a sequel to my previous D&D 5E projects Death Dealing, The Prayer's Handbook, Nibblemancy, Intoximancy.

I'm also the writer and artist of the acclaimed fantasy webcomic The Middle Age which is free to read online. My other comic book credits include Star Trek (IDW), Michael Chabon's Escapist (Dark Horse Comics),and some Aquaman (DC Comics). You may have seen my covers for Adventure Time, Fionna and Cake, Archie, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and Mighty Morphin Power Rangers.

I'm a big ol' D&D nerd whose tabletop RPG experience goes all the way back to the Red and Blue box editions.
