Learning Outcome: Be Patient
In this quest, campers will visit Magimart, a fantastical supermarket where all kinds of magical customers shop—wizards, princesses, talking frogs, and even dragons! Campers will take on the role of helpful shopkeepers, assisting customers in finding their perfect magical items. However, some customers might not be easy to please! If they pick the wrong item, they’ll need to try again, learning patience and perseverance along the way.

Thank you all so much for pledging and sharing! Frances & Ġorġ: Camp Make-Believe was fully funded on its very first day, and we’ve already unlocked our first stretch goal! We'll be donating copies to local libraries in Malta!

Learning Outcome: Be Brave
In this quest, campers journey to the Kingdom of Bumbleburg, a magical land overrun by mischievous goblins! The kingdom needs the kids’ help to design clever defences and protect its people.
This activity encourages bravery, creative thinking, and problem-solving as kids imagine bold ways to face challenges and stand up for others—just like true heroes!

Speaking of the Kingdom of Bumbleburg, We need your help! Bumbleburg is just a temporary name for the kingdom in Quest 4. We’d love your suggestions for a better name, comment them down below! Once we have your ideas, we’ll include them in a poll for everyone to vote on. Your suggestion could end up in the final book!

Complete a quest, earn a sticker badge, and add it proudly to your camper’s sash on your character sheet!
But Camp Make-Believe isn’t just fun (though it totally is) — it’s sneaky learning too! With built-in debrief sessions after each adventure, the game gently encourages reflection, making it ideal for classrooms, homeschooling, or even counselling settings.
Every quest includes engaging activities like dice rolls, colouring, drawing, or moving around — keeping little adventurers active and focused.
