Unfortunately, PayPal does not allow us to do this. If the campaign is successful, after it ends we will set up a BackerKit Pre-Order store where select pledge levels will be available to back after the campaign utilizing PayPal as payment.

Yes! Though unfortunately we don't set the shipping rates. You'll be charged for shipping after the campaign ends, closer to when the rewards are ready to get on their way to you!

We’re planning on most rewards being delivered in Spring of 2023. The Nerdy Prudes Composer Demo Album, however, will likely be later, when Nerdy Prudes comes out on YouTube.

After the campaign ends you will be charged the amount you pledged. You'll be charged for shipping later through your BackerKit survey. It’ll be closer to when rewards ship to ensure that it's the right amount for the rewards/add-ons you've selected!

After the campaign ends, we'll send you a survey to get all the information we need to fulfill your rewards (including sizes for t-shirts, addresses, etc). And you'll be able to change or update your address freely until we lock them down for shipping. But don't worry! We'll give you a heads up before we do.

Presale access will allow backers to purchase tickets from a separate block of tickets before they go on sale to the public. We’ll send out more information at a later date. Tickets will not go on sale before the end of the campaign.

Unfortunately, we are unable to unbundle items from our reward tiers besides ones that are listed as add-ons.

Our current policy is that audience members will be required to be up to date on COVID-19 vaccinations and will also be required to wear masks at all times unless they are actively eating and drinking in designated areas.

The El Portal Mainstage accommodates up to 360 audience members.

El Portal Mainstage has assigned seating which you will select in advance when you purchase your tickets.

BackerKit Crowdfunding is an all-or-nothing collaborative funding platform. Creators share their project ideas and set a funding goal with a deadline. Backers pledge money to help make the project possible.

If the project meets its goal by the deadline, pledges are charged and the creator moves forward. If it doesn’t, no one is charged.

Pledging in crowdfunding is a commitment to support the creation of a new product or project. Unlike a traditional purchase, you're not buying an item that already exists. Instead, your contribution helps bring a creative idea to life, and in return, you typically receive rewards (such as the product itself) as a thank you for your early support.

• You are charged only if the campaign meets its funding goal.
• Charges happen when the campaign ends, not when you pledge.

After the campaign ends, you'll receive a survey to pay for any applicable shipping fees, calculated based on your shipping address.

Pay Over Time allows you to split your pledge into multiple payments over a set period. Your card will be charged according to the payment schedule (four monthly payments). Only available for projects that enable this feature. Learn More »

Only the project creator and the BackerKit Support Team can see your pledge and contact information. Other backers and the public cannot see your individual pledge amount or personal details.

You can change or adjust your pledge level and add-ons before the campaign ends. After the project concludes, cancellations or changes are at the creator's discretion and may depend on what stage the project is in.

Overtime Mode extends your campaign past its original end time to give backers a final chance to make their pledge. It will add an additional 10 minutes past the end time as long as pledges keep coming in. The campaign will end when there is a 10-minute period without any new pledges.
