I am a maker in the purist form, I'm currently in the aerospace industry with long roots in the medical device research and development world, but if you can name it I've probably at least tinkered with it. Blacksmithing is probably the most fun but glass blowing deserves an honorable mention. I am an avid thru-hiker with well over 3000 trail miles under my belt. I've hiked from Mexico to Canada on the PCT, across NM on the CDT, and done the rim to rim to rim trail in the Grand canyon just to name a few. I live to see and share the wonders of this beautiful world of ours. And hope to maybe convince a few people it's worth saving.
