Adam Badgley

Adam R. Badgley is a dedicated Special Education case manager with more than two decades of experience supporting students with diverse academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs. He currently serves in a case management role, where he collaborates with staff, families, and service providers to support student programming, special education compliance, and individualized planning. Before moving fully into case management, Adam spent many years working directly in classroom settings as both a paraeducator and certified teacher, building a strong foundation in student support across a range of educational environments.

Adam earned his Bachelor’s degree in Elementary and Special Education from Chaminade University of Honolulu in 2011. He has also completed graduate coursework through Grand Canyon University and continued advanced professional study in special education, instructional methods, curriculum, professional development, and applied behavior analysis. Throughout his career, he has remained committed to supporting students through structured, student-centered systems that promote growth, access, and success. His professional interests include behavior support, IEP development, differentiated planning, and collaborative problem-solving to meet the individual needs of students.
