Austin J. Lawrence is an up-and-coming filmmaker who studied Film Production at BYU. He won the Television Academy Award for Best Director of a Comedy Series in 2026.
He has professional experience in directing, acting, cinematography, editing, 3D VFX, and screenwriting. He has honed a versatile skill set while working his way up from production assistant to director and producer. Although originally from Chicago Illinois he spends most of his time between Utah and Southern California, Austin is passionate about exploring new creative opportunities and building his career in the film industry. He strives to tell stories that have a positive impact on individuals and the world.
