I write pseudo-historical fantasy with a dark, early-modern edge. My current project, The Queen’s Arbiters, is set in a 1600s French-inspired world shaped by faith, politics, violence, and the supernatural. The series follows a distinctive company of four through investigations, conspiracies, and horrors that test both their convictions and their loyalties.
My writing interests include historical and dark fantasy, sword-and-sorcery, mystery, religious intrigue, grounded action, and character-driven stories with strong atmosphere. I’m especially attentive to voice, cadence, period-flavored language, physical detail, and worldbuilding that feels internally coherent.
