Zaira Collazo

CREATOR
Zaira Collazo is a transformation strategist, operator, and founder who has spent decades working inside the machinery of modern organizations. She writes about work, power, systems, and the growing disconnect between the people who run organizations and the people expected to make them work.

Her upcoming book, The Social Contract, examines what happened to the unwritten agreement between employers and workers—and what it means now that the rules of work have fundamentally changed.

Zaira is also the founder and CEO of Collazo & Co. Transformation Architecture, where she helps organizations turn strategy into scalable execution. Her work sits at the intersection of people, process, technology, and the messy reality of how work actually gets done.

She lives in South Carolina with her family and remains deeply suspicious of anyone who says, “That’s just how we’ve always done it.”
