Blood, bile and oil. The Dream is begrimed. Hygeia Interplanetary is offering to fix that. A lemony-fresh adventure surrounding one elite janitorial team's disappearance whilst attempting to scrub down a fragment of Prospero's Dream.
Blood, bile and oil pour and soak into the station’s very foundations, soiling abandoned habhalls hidden just below the lively surface decks. Even places once thought sacred are marshlands of filth beneath the endless crushing weight of constant maintenance.
Someone needs to clean it.
Introducing Cleaning Crew, a 40+ page janitorial supplement fighting back against the grease and grime of the Dream all under the watchful gaze of a newly docked hygiene megacorp.
Acquire a bucketload of corporate cleaning equipment courtesy of Hygeia Interplanetary, guaranteed to scour away any misdeeds.
Suit up and boot up as the Janitor, along with numerous optional backstories, loadouts, trinkets and patches.
Descend beneath the skin of Prospero’s Dream to Slip Hazard, a grease-soaked adventure in the maintenance tunnels beneath the surface.
Avoid exposure to gruesome new Chemical rules, exposure effects and other unnerving mutagenics.
Along with that comes a variety of rollable tables spread out across Prospero’s Dream in the wake of Hygeia Interplanetary’s arrival, overseen by a scattering of slimy executives who’ve wormed their way into every facet of station life.
With the new landscape aboard the Dream becoming tenser by the moment as teamsters find themselves undercut and out on the hab-street, a single question remains: What does Hygeia really want with Prospero’s Dream?
Lucid Dreaming and Cleaning Crew are linking up for a Cross-Collab! If both campaigns hit their funding goals, anyone who backs both projects will score exclusive bonus content at no extra cost.
Produced on our end is a supplementary pamphlet, Clean Sweep, Hygeia’s newest custodial investment opportunity.
Hygeia has a job for you. Will you apply?
Charged with removing the luminous and vibrant graffiti of the Prospero’s Mall & Outlet and restoring it to its pre-abandonment splendour, Hygeia Interplanetary has authorised the use of its premium custodial equipment for the completion of this task. With this announcement comes new graffiti-battling cleaning supplies, a whole new set of CleanliTasks to complete and the arrival of a new faction - the Mall Mops, Hygeia’s localised janitorial squadron.
Help us both reach our goals and sign up today!
Initially this trifold will be available in Digital form. However, once we hit a combined total of 150 backers it’ll be upgraded to a Physical reward to be shipped out!
Born out of a school tabletop club a decade ago and buried neck-deep in the morass of cosmic horror, Moon Beast Games & XWC Miniatures have produced a spree of miniatures inspired by the horrors of the Lovecraftian realm alongside a set of adventures set to breathe new life into old eldritch bones. Inspired by the grotesqueries of the Mothership realm we’ve set our sights on the darkness between the stars, making our debut amidst the viscera of Prospero’s Dream.
Chris Foley: Our writer based out of Coventry (or Kent, when the winds change) with a long-standing obsession with the weird and eerie. GMing and playing in various RPGs for about ten years now, Chris can usually be found knee deep in Lovecraftian horror, at events or at home.
Ed Morris: Our miniature designer, layout artist and illustrator currently based on remote haunted isle of Anglesey! Our GM for at least a decade now, creator of our whole model range and the mind behind how our books actually look, Ed's design work has saved us more than a couple times!
Hygeia isn’t alone on Prospero’s Dream, something we’re eager to represent by including some references from other teams you can find during Mothership Month! We’ve placed some easter eggs throughout roll tables, events and even some plot hooks within Cleaning Crew from other creators, and would love if you could check them out!
With writing well underway, we want to give a rough timeline of how our project will unfold!
October 14th - The start of Mothership Month!
November 11th - Mothership Month ends and we review our funding situation.
End of Year - All writing from zine to pamphlets is completed.
End of February - Artwork is completed, layouts are laid out and digital fulfillment begins.
Before End of July - Shipped to shared shipping initiative.
Potential Delays: We are a small team working on this project, which means things like family and medical emergencies can cause a snag in our development and can therefore cause delays for those who've pledged. However we aim to remain completely transparent and all backers will be immediately updated should such a delay happen.
Not content with being the premiere janitorial company in Rimspace, Hygeia Interplanetary runs a mass fabrication wing constantly churning out a variety of cleaning tools that it ships out to various purchase sites. The most recent of these?
Prospero’s Dream.
Caustic, shiny and brutalist Hygeia products are rarely intended as weapons, but no small amount of them end up as such. Noxious gas canisters, searing beams of heat and jagged metal edges are all available at market rates.
This year, we're trying something different. Nearly every Mothership Month project is part of a shared shipping initiative. That means:
One pledge manager. When Mothership Month ends, you’ll receive one combined pledge manager survey for all participating projects — our “mega pledge manager.” That means just one survey and one shipping payment for multiple projects.
One shipping charge. Because these projects will ship together, you’ll only pay shipping once, saving you money.
One fulfillment timeline. All participating campaigns are scheduled to ship at the same time, ensuring your rewards arrive together.
Two exceptions. Only two creators (Bombs Bursting in Air and Roach Motel) have opted out of this group fulfillment plan; their shipping will be handled separately. Why did they opt out? These two projects are very close to being ready to fulfill, and it didn't make sense to their teams to wait.
Estimated Shipping
Below is a table of estimated shipping prices based on weight. You can see at the bottom what the estimated weights are for different items. Prospero's Dream should be around the same weight (maybe slightly lighter) than the Mothership Core Set. Additionally, if you order several items you'll incur a small charge for additional items, which varies based on your country.
This does not include any applicable VAT or taxes. A reminder that these shipping prices are an estimate and its possible they will change based on global conditions beyond our control.
When will these projects ship? Our collective goal is to have all Mothership Month 2025 projects fulfilled before Mothership Month 2026 begins. Some projects are further along than others, so their timeline for digital rewards will vary. But we have roughly a year to fulfill before Mothership Month 2026, which gives everyone enough time to finish up and get their products to our warehouse.
What is Mothership Month?
Every year, Tuesday Knight Games and dozens of third-party creators launch new Mothership projects around a shared theme. This year’s theme (“The Dream Returns”) centers on Prospero’s Dream, the infamous X-Class back-world, black market space station. Each project ties back to the Dream in some way. Not only that, but we'll be opening up Prospero's Dream as a shared setting for all third-party creators going forward.
