World of Styria: The Common Chronicle

World of Styria: The Common Chronicle is a 170+ page fantasy setting for Pathfinder 2e Remaster, built through 37 years of actual play. The manuscript already exists. The Kickstarter is about turning that manuscript into the finished book with professional editing, human-created artwork, cartography, layout, printing, and production.

WHAT IF THE WORLD REMEMBERED YOUR CAMPAIGN?

I have been running games in Styria for 37 years. A lot of the people who became important to its history started as somebody's character at the table.

I want that possibility to stay part of the world.

The world remembers. Now it can remember you too.

Once a year, I will open a short submission window for people running games in Styria. I will choose one or two campaigns and work something that happened at those tables into a future World of Styria publication.

It might be a person, a place, an event, or something I never would have thought of myself. If I use it, the people who created it will be credited.

I may need to adjust details so everything still fits the setting, but the idea is simple: Styria became what it is because people played in it. Publishing it should not end that.

Styria has legends. It does not have protagonists.

These are actual pages from the current Common Chronicle manuscript. Final illustration, cartography, and layout will be completed through the Kickstarter.

THE WORLD IS ALREADY BUILT

This is the current World of Styria map. The finished Common Chronicle will receive commissioned professional cartography while preserving the geography built through decades of play.
