SYNOPSIS

Brígh has barely known anything beyond the Remnant Sector.

A place built as a prison. A place surrounded by a shimmering wall that burns anything attempting to cross it. A place where humans deemed dangerous, disposable, or unwanted are sent away and forgotten.

But it’s also home.

Unlike many other remnants around her, Brígh's never thought of herself as a prisoner. She helps her father shelter new exiles. She knows the rhythms of life inside the Sector. She’s learned how to survive.

Outside left her scarred once before. Staying is safer. Easier to hide. She can ignore the whispers of rebellion and escape. She can pretend the world beyond the boundary doesn’t matter...

... Until a stranger in a powerful armored suit crash lands into her life and throws everything she knows into chaos.

When the stranger, a warglaive pilot named Derick, saves her life, Brígh is forced to confront truths she’s spent years avoiding. The secrets she carries may be more dangerous than anything waiting beyond the boundary, especially when his presence turns her from just another remnant who keeps her head down into a target the wardens cannot ignore.

Forced into an uneasy alliance with Derick as they search for his missing teammate and her father, Brígh must navigate unfamiliar parts of the Sector, where dangerous predators hunt, and every ally could become an enemy.

Under constant threat and with Derick's suit damaged, the powers she's spent years concealing may be the only thing keeping them alive.

The goal of this campaign is to fund the final steps needed to publish REMNANT in ebook, paperback, and hardcovers editions. The initial funding goal covers the essential publishing costs like ISBNs, and any funding beyond that will go directly toward making the finished book it's absolute best.
