We’ve wanted to run a pride campaign for as long as we’ve been in business, but we’ve held off until we could make sure we were creating a product that supports as many flags as possible to include as many people as possible. As we use less common flags ourselves, we know how sad it can feel to not be included.

These pins are based around the idea of tessellations, which are patterns of shapes that fit perfectly together and can repeat infinitely! These patterns have been around forever, but were popularized in the 1900s by M. C. Escher. You might notice them when looking at tiled surfaces or quilts!

The particular shape of these pins allow for one of the only tessellations made of heart shapes! As an infinite number of hearts can be added, they are perfect for people who use multiple flags or people who want to show support for multiple communities. There are two main tessellations that can be created with these hearts: a true tessellation with alternating rows of upside-down and right-side-up hearts, and a satisfying all right-side-up tessellating pattern with small square gaps. You can also create a clover or flower like shape and rows of alternating upside-down and right-side up hearts! If you aren’t a fan of tessellations, these pins can also be used as filler pins suitable for any board!
