KAMI is a sustainable clothing brand from Barcelona, Spain. In this first release we present a collection of Hawaiian shirts with designs not only inspired by traditional Japanese folklore, but also designed by our own Japanese artist, Sen Kawamura.

In this first collection "The Dawn of Wabori", the designs come from the hand of Sen Kawamura, a Japanese artist based in Barcelona, who presents us with various designs inspired by Ukiyo-e, the Japanese folk art and Wabori, the traditional Japanese tattoo.

The KAMI manufacturing process is a mix of ancient traditions and the latest textile manufacturing methods, starting with Sen Kawamura designing on Washi paper and then printing the designs on our previously treated fabric to achieve a high-quality print.
