The Problem
Depression, stress, and anxiety are among the most serious health concerns, according to the World Health Organization (WHO). They are now major causes of disability and time off work worldwide.
Life moves fast, work, family, social media, news, messages, commuting, even leisure. That pace affects people of all ages. The WHO has even called stress “the epidemic of the 21st century.”
Around the world, over 300 million people live with anxiety disorders, the most common mental health conditions. The COVID-19 pandemic raised anxiety by about 25%, and half of the world reports higher stress than in past decades. About one in four people will face these kinds of problems at some point in life.
Resources to address this are often not enough, unevenly spread, or used inefficiently. In many countries, the treatment gap is over 70%. Stigma, long waiting lists, and the high cost of private sessions make things harder.
Mental health is more than the absence of illness. It’s the well-being that helps us handle stress, learn, work, build relationships, and contribute to our communities. Everyone experiences it differently. That’s why we need practical, accessible support to understand ourselves and practice helpful habits. In the next section, we’ll show how MyMind helps with that.
The Solution
MyMind is a wellbeing & self-care app that brings your daily tools into one place. It combines AI guidance (informed by psychology) with clear trackers, short practices, and a safe community, so you can understand how you’re doing and build helpful habits at your own pace. MyMind is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any condition. It doesn’t replace therapy or emergency care; it puts practical self-care support in your pocket.
AI Chat
Your everyday companion inside the app. It offers support, answers questions, and points you to tools (breathing, journaling, mood check, sleep, resources) when you need them.
Wellbeing Dashboard & Index (for personal tracking, non-medical)
See your well-being in one place: heart rate, stress, sleep, mood, steps, blood pressure, water intake, and mindfulness minutes. These inputs form a simple Wellbeing Index to help you notice trends over time.
Mood Tracker
Record how you feel in seconds. Add tags or short notes (work, study, friends). Over time, you can see what helps and what makes things harder.
Sleep Tracker
Track sleep quality and the phases you went through each night. Understand how your sleep changes across days and weeks.
Stress Management
Purpose-built tools to manage daily stress: quick breathing, grounding, mindful minutes, and “pause” reminders you can use anywhere. Non-medical guidance that fits real days.
Journaling
Write and reflect in a private space. Use short prompts or free-write to clear your mind.
Meditation & Exercises
Short practices you can do anywhere: breathing, grounding, body scans, and quick resets.
Gratefulness & Affirmations
Simple, daily prompts to note what went well and reinforce a kinder inner voice. Keep a streak if you like, set optional reminders, and revisit your highlights anytime.
Resources
Easy-to-read articles, tips, and audio about stress, anxiety, and everyday self-care. Reviewed by professionals, so you don’t have to sort through random advice.
Mindful Community
A moderated space to share wins and challenges, learn from others, and feel supported, without judgment.
How it works
Open MyMind and, if you want, do a quick check-in. Use AI Chat to ask a question or pick a goal, and it will point you to the right tools, breathing and exercises, mood tracking, journaling, sleep. See everything in the Wellbeing Dashboard (heart rate, stress, sleep quality/phases, mood, steps, blood pressure, water, mindfulness) and a simple Wellbeing Index to notice trends. When something feels off, chat with Moon, and if you like, share or learn in the Mindful Community.
Why now
Stress and anxiety keep rising, public care often takes a long time, and private sessions can be expensive, so many people need practical help today. Current tools are scattered across different apps, while AI is finally useful when informed by psychology and used with clear limits. MyMind brings key wellbeing habits together (breathing, mood, sleep, journaling) with privacy and safety built in, so support is simple and in one place. Backing us now helps finish and deliver it sooner, at a fair price.

Security & Privacy
We use encryption in transit and at rest, optional biometric lock, and granular controls so you choose what to track, keep, export, or delete, at any time. We don’t sell data or run third-party ads. Only the features you use collect data, with minimal retention and anonymized analytics for quality. Community spaces are moderated with clear escalation when risk appears. MyMind is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any condition. Before launch, you’ll have a plain-language Privacy Policy, Safety Guide, and GDPR-ready settings (consent, access, delete) so you always know what happens with your information.
Our History
MyMind started as a simple idea: bring the most useful wellbeing tools into one calm place. In 2023–2024 we sketched, tested, and refined the experience with input from psychologists, focusing on what people actually use every day: breathing, mood, sleep, journaling, and clear metrics that make progress visible.
We chose to build slowly and responsibly: design first, safety limits from day one, and content reviewed by professionals.
With the full design complete and a development team ready, we’re now moving into build mode, so backers can try an early version, share feedback, and help shape what comes next.
This campaign is our way to open the doors: finish the core app, expand content that people find helpful, and localize for more languages and cultures. We may also research future partnerships with licensed providers outside this campaign (no clinical services promised here). MyMind is a long-term project; your support helps us do it the right way.
