Backerkit is a crowdfunding platform that is similar to both Kickstarter and Indigogo. It is a pledge now and pay later operation, meaning that you will not be charged until the project ends.
Once the campaign ends and payments are processed, I will be sending out surveys to everyone allowing you to choose your rewards and make any final add-on purchases.

**Please understand that the timeline for shipping is only an estimate and are not set in stone.**
Factors that can affect the timeline include but is not limited to:
Survey Completion: If surveys are not completed in a timely manner, there may be a delay with ordering
Productions: Delays during the production process can include a large number of errors on a pin, large order quantities, color corrections, etc.
Holidays: Due to holidays in both the U.S. and China around this timeline, there may be periods of time where production is halted. I have added in a little extra buffer to account for these timeframes, however, it is only an estimate.
All shipping fees will be charged during the survey part of the campaign. Please know the following costs are estimates and are dependent on the total weight of your order. The more you order, the more shipping costs may be:

United States: $5-8 Canada and Mexico: $12-18 Everywhere else: $16-30

Please note that you are responsible for any and all import/custom fees. These fees are not included into the estimated shipping costs above.
*Due to GPSR laws, this project is not available to those in the EU. You are able to use a friend, family member, or proxy who doesn’t live in the EU to back this project and have them mail the items to you.
In order to meet manufacturing needs, adjustments to designs and colors may be made. We do try to make colors match as closely as possible to the colors on your screen, but they will not be an exact match. Any major design changes will be properly relayed to backers.
Delays:
Since pins are handmade, there is room for human error. We try our best to give backers A grades, but if there is a large error with the designs, we would end to remake them, resulting in fulfillment delays.
**In the event of a delay, I will always do my best to communicate any issues that arise during the production process**
Shipping
International Shipping- Please remember that you are responsible for any duties or taxes if you live outside of the United States. Neither Backerkit nor Craft Quest will collect these fees.
Addresses- To ensure your pledge will be sent to the correct address, please make sure your address is entered correctly! Reminders will be sent before fulfillment begins. Craft Quest is not responsible for incorrectly entered addresses.
Surveys
It is extremely important that surveys are done in a timely manner once sent. They help us get a count on what to order and provide us with your address, so we know where to ship your rewards. If you don’t fill out your survey, I have no way to send you your items!
Any survey still not completed 3 months after fulfillment is complete will be considered a donation.
Errored Payments
Backerkit collects funds for approximately 14 days after the campaign ends. If you still have an errored payment afterwards, you have an opportunity to settle balances once surveys go out. Any errored payments are subject to the following cancellation policies depending on situation:
Initial Payment Error: Any backers who haven't paid anything towards the campaign are subject to cancellation if balances are not settled by the time fulfillment starts.
Survey/Shipping Payment Error: Any backers who have only shipping/add ons errored have 3 months after fulfillment to settle remaining balances. Any payments/surveys not completed by then will be considered a donation.
