Welcome to Swords and Science!!!

Swords and Science is a high action swords and sorcery tabletop roleplaying game designed to simulate your favorite 80s and 90s cartoons. This game runs on the new The Great Hero System designed by Josh Heath. Grab a bucket of d6s and come join the fun!

The heart of The Great Hero System is the idea that instead of having one player play the main character, they all get to join in the fun. You play your own characters while you build up a large enough dice pool to summon your Great Hero to help save the day, then every player helps steer that super heroic character! Each group will build their own Great Hero as well as the Main Villain in the story.

This creates a unique gameplay experience for every table as you make not just your own adventurer but also get to participate in the world building left to the GM in many games.

All of our amazing art will be created by Dan Oropallo and setting writing is done by Sarah Kennedy and Josh Heath. This amazing crew will help you create bold, exciting, episodic gameplay that mimics shows like He-Man, She-Ra, Captain Planet, Power Rangers, Voltron, and more.
